Welcome to the subscription page for the public email distribution list for the Social Welfare Action Alliance (SWAA). This list has been open since 2000 and has approximately 200 subscribers, most of whom are members of SWAA. This is a list that is used primarily for one-time announcements and some sporadic discussions as can be seen in the archives, once you subscribe.

Once subscribed, you'll find an archive of past messages as well as small list of files which is updated from time to time. We don't usually use the poll or calendar feature but if list members wanted to change that or open one for a brief time, you can and should propose that to us. In your initial subscription, you'll be asked if you wish to get individual emails, digest emails or to look at the group online only. It is your choice! Finally, once per month you'll get a message that includes list reminders.
